At ReginaSpices we mix 100% pure Maine maple sugar with hand ground black (tellicherry) and white peppers. The addition of white pepper gives this blend a nice bit of heat and mellow earthiness which contrasts nicely with the sharper flavor of the black pepper.
I love, love, love, love Maine-Sweet Pepper on corn on the cob!!
I, also, love to use this blend with sweet root vegetables and winter squash. It's great on chicken, steak & venison. Try using it as the base for a bbq rub.

Bought my first bottle of Maple Sweet Pepper on Congress Street. Loved it. My favorite use is on my egg in my egg and cheese sandwich. I use it on anything that I would use pepper on. Delicious.

What's not to love about a mixture whose main ingredient is "100% Pure Maine Maple Syrup", and that followed by "Tellicherry's"? I've dashed it on burgers, basted it on roasted chicken, and drizzled it over salads. And, as the old saying goes, it always "spices up an otherwise bald and unconvincing tale," at a bargain price, to boot.
