Smokey, spicy with a touch of lemon!
I designed Chipotle Dip for a Harvest Celebration at the old Portland Public Market during my years at Portland Spice Co. I meant it to be a one time deal--but everyone loved it and no one wanted the recipe to make it themselves; so I decided to add it to our product line.
There are die-hard Chipotle Dip fans out there, myself included! It's the one dip I hesitate to sample at events because I eat it all! It's, as my husband would say, more-ish.
Serve it with tortilla chips, or as a condiment for tacos or burritos. Not bad on a burger either!
